LIQUID HORIZONS

CHASING THE EVER-SHIFTING OCEAN GLOW

Sometimes, the horizon is more than a line—it’s a portal where light and water merge. At twilight, sky and sea dissolve into one, reflections breaking free, shifting, breathing, alive.

The setting sun ignites the sky in hues of gold, purple, and fire. Clouds catch its glow, dancing above, while below, the ocean mirrors this cosmic display. Light ripples across the waves, bending, dissolving, creating a fleeting dimension where air and water entwine.

Drifting Between Light and Tide

For a brief moment, we glimpse this hidden world—a universe painted on water, existing only for a heartbeat before fading into darkness. Like the sentient ocean of Solaris, the sea seems to awaken, shaping light into something beyond our understanding, revealing a presence that is both unknowable and mesmerizing.

This is Liquid Horizons—chasing those fleeting moments when nature unveils its most elusive beauty, when the ocean becomes a canvas for the ever-shifting glow of the universe.

PENANG TROPICAL

TROPICAL AESTHETICS

Longing for tropical motifs and aesthetics satisfied! On a trip to Penang Hill on the Penang Island in Malaysia we encountered an Aviary Ginger Garden. Between the Tropic of Cancer and Tropic of Capricorn climate conditions allow nature to thrive, experiment and just unleash creativity. And she’s not a minimalist. Lush and diverse! Opulent. Astonishing.

All colours of the light spectrum, all colours of the rainbow 🌈 are applied here to praise the divine. Derived from nature, they are not accidental and each of colours has a specific meaning, connected with deities.

Impressive temples in an impressive location. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India.
